Legal Defence Insurance
Designed as an important feature to a contractor’s commercial insurance package. We can help in providing cover against a broad range of legal risks associated to any company or sole trader. Our multiple option approach has been developed to cater for scenarios where you can get the right expert legal advice and protection required.
Indemnity
Contract Indemnity Insurance – Soon to be launched.
Contractors operating outside IR35 are now being asked to sign an indemnity incase activities engaged outside the said contrat may affect the client and the ability to defend a HMRC investigation.
This new policy will offer such indemnity on behalf of the contractor.
Project Insurance
Project insurance – Soon to be launched.
It is designed to not only budget for the job to be undertaken but it has a start date and a finish date and therefore enhances the case that you are an independent contractor. An employment contract does not have an end date whereas project insurance needs to be purchased for each project being undertaken.
Prior to starting a contract seek a quote and include the costs within your invoice.
